Newly Retired Pandora Charms

Pandora has just released a new list of Pandora Charms that they will be retiring, beginning the end of September.

What this means is that once stocks run out of any of the Pandora beads on the latest list of retired beads, you will no longer be able to purchase them. So, if any of the Pandora charms in the list are some that you were thinking of purchasing at some point, you might want to re-think your purchase schedule as if you wait too long they may not be available.

It seems that for this batch of retired Pandora charms they are targeting many of the gold charms with ruby insets, as well as some of their silver charms.  Hopefully this is an indication that the new Fall 2009 Pandora charm selection will be coming out soon.  I think many people are poised, waiting on tip-toe for the new beads to hit the shops, myself included!  I can’t wait to see what will be in this newest batch of charms so I can add a charm to my gold charm bracelet.

In the meantime, here is a list of some the Pandora charms that are being retired. Again, if there are any that were thinking about getting sometime, you might want to go ahead right away and purchase them, or at least put them on your Christmas wish-list so that someone will get them for you over Christmas. And if you think you are going to be clever and buy up a whole slew of retiring Pandora Charms, think again. Many shops are reserving the right to limit the number of retired beads any one person buys, so that plan may not work as well as you had hoped it would.

Anyway, as promised, here is the list of forty-one retiring beads:

Miscellaneous Pandora Charms

Flower Pandora Charms

Asian Selection Pandora Charms

Sterling Silver Zodiac Pandora Charms

Pandora Charms Spacers

I have a new braclet that I purchased about 3 years ago with the intent to give it as a gift. I did not give it to the person and now would like to sell them….I have the Asian Peace Bead
Asian Happiness Bead
Asian Love Bead
Asian Friendship Bead
as well, they are currently made into a bracelet that also has two solid gold clasps and some silver and gold seperating beads. I don’t want to put them on Ebay as it seems confusing and many people are selling beads that aren’t authentic. Any advice???

Sara, I don’t really know. I think I would probably try selling them on eBay myself, as that seems to be the best place to go. Do you know how to prove that they’re authentic, there’s a mark on the beads and the bracelet. If you included that guarantee that they were real, then you could slap a higher price on them, for what they’re worth.

Either that or find a private buyer? Is there anyone you know, any friends, who might be interested in that type of jewelry?
